Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 3, 2026

Organization responsible

Kharleonmythod Ltd. (the “Organization”), 5720 Forgets Rd, Tiny, ON L4R 4K3, Canada, is accountable under PIPEDA Schedule 1 principles for personal information processed through https://kharleonmythod.world/ (the “Website”). Privacy contact: talk@kharleonmythod.world or +18666091793.

PIPEDA fairness principles

Our practices map to the ten interrelated principles in Schedule 1 of PIPEDA: accountability; identifying purposes; consent (express or implied as the law allows); limiting collection; limiting use, disclosure, and retention; accuracy; safeguards; openness; individual access; and challenging compliance. Where British Columbia or Alberta private-sector laws apply instead of PIPEDA, we apply comparable duties under those statutes.

Scope & legal bases

We also respect the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply to individuals in those jurisdictions. In Canada, consent may be express or implied depending on sensitivity and context. Express consent backs optional analytics or marketing cookies and commercial electronic messages not expressly exempted under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (“CASL”). Contractual necessity and legitimate interests support responding to inquiries you initiate, securing infrastructure, and maintaining basic analytics when configured lawfully.

Quebec residents (Law 25)

If you reside in Quebec, the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector imposes transparency, retention limits, and governance duties that supplement federal law when we offer services to you. You may exercise rights with us directly or escalate to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec if we cannot resolve your concern.

CASL and electronic messages

Commercial electronic messages are sent only with consent or another exception under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation, with clear sender identification and unsubscribe where required. Contact form replies relate to your inquiry and are not newsletter subscriptions unless you opt in separately with express consent.

Data we collect

  • Identity and contact data you submit through forms (name, email, text of the message).
  • Technical data from your browser (IP address, device type, browser version, approximate location derived from IP).
  • Usage data from strictly necessary operations and, if you enable optional cookies, aggregated analytics or marketing signals.
  • Communications metadata such as timestamps of consent actions stored locally in your browser.

Purposes of processing

  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Website.
  • Respond to questions and feedback you voluntarily send.
  • Maintain records required by accounting or regulatory rules.
  • Deliver optional analytics or marketing experiences only when you allow related cookies.

Retention

Form submissions are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required to resolve a dispute, satisfy Canadian revenue obligations, or comply with another lawful requirement. Server logs with IP information are rotated on a rolling ninety-day window unless longer retention is justified for security audits. Cookie consent records remain until you clear site storage or we deploy a new consent version.

Sharing & processors

We share data only with vetted processors who support hosting, email delivery, or analytics you approve. Each processor is bound by written agreements requiring comparable safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If personal information is stored or processed outside Canada, we assess the risks, use contractual clauses accepted by Canadian and European regulators where applicable, and apply supplementary technical measures suited to the sensitivity of the data.

Security measures

We apply transport-layer encryption (HTTPS), access controls, patching routines, and logical separation of environments. No online transmission is completely risk-free; please use strong, unique passwords on your devices.

Your rights

Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request access, challenge accuracy, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, and obtain information about service-provider disclosures. Quebec and other provinces may grant further rights in specific circumstances. Complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at https://www.priv.gc.ca/ or your provincial commissioner if our response is insufficient. Email talk@kharleonmythod.world with enough detail to verify your request; we aim to respond within 30 days or as the law allows when an extension is justified.

Children

The Website is not directed to children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data; contact us to remove information if you believe we received it inadvertently.

Updates

Material changes will be summarized on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
