Accessibility statement

Effective date: April 3, 2026

Commitment

Kharleonmythod Ltd. wants people who use assistive technologies, alternative navigation, or customized display settings to use our public website with dignity. We design and test toward Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a target, knowing that continuous review—not a one-time audit—is what keeps sites usable as content changes.

Ontario and federal context

Organizations subject to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) must meet additional standards that go beyond this voluntary statement. Even when a legal standard does not apply to every small publisher, transparent practices align with the spirit of the Accessible Canada Act and provincial human rights expectations.

Known limits

Embedded third-party maps or video players can behave differently across assistive tools. Where we cannot control vendor code, we provide alternate contact paths and describe content in text when feasible.

Alternative formats

If you need policy text in another format (for example, large print or plain language summary), ask using the contact details above and we will try to accommodate reasonable requests without undue delay.
